ZyVet generic carprofen chewable tablets are indicated for the relief of pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis and for the control of postoperative pain associated with soft tissue, and orthopedic surgeries in dogs. Like all our generic products, it is therapeutically equivalent to the pioneer drug, providing the same safety and efficacy but at a lower price.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
Carprofen is for use in dogs only. Appropriate laboratory testing prior to, and periodically during, treatment with Carprofen should be considered. As a class, cyclooxygenase inhibitory NSAIDs like Carprofen may be associated with gastrointestinal, kidney and liver side effects. The most frequently reported adverse events are gastrointestinal signs. Serious adverse reactions associated with this drug class can occur without warning and in rare situations lead to death. Pet owners should be advised to look for signs of potential toxicity and to discontinue Carprofen and contact the veterinarian immediately if signs are observed.
